Update November 19 @ 2:50 p.m.

We're still working on the water tower cleaning, as a few unexpected hiccups have made today's outage longer than planned. We expect to start refilling the tower in the next couple of hours, but water pressure will take some time to return to normal.

Please ensure you have enough drinking water and water for essential needs until the system fully refills.

We understand the inconvenience this creates and appreciate your continued patience!
