Buena Vista Parks & Recreation Board

Buena Vista Parks & Recreation Board was established in 1986, and is a volunteer committee who assist with culture and recreation programs in the community.  Parks & Rec members also help to plan and develop park space within the Village.  Through funding from Sask Lotteries, the Parks & Rec Board assists with programs such as the South Shore Ball Association, the Regina Beach Library, and the Last Mountain Lake Cultural Centre.

The Parks & Rec Board fund raises in order to provide free programs to the community.  These include events like the Pumpkin Carving Contest, Winter Carnival, and the annual bus trip to Moose Jaw.  Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month, commencing at 7:00 pm, at the Village Office.
