Homeowners with seasonal water lines must make an appointment to connect and disconnect their water.

Water can be connected no earlier than May 1st and disconnected no later than September 30 of each year.

Homeowners must make an appointment to connect/disconnect their water line. 48-hours notice is required to book an appointment. Please note that availability of requested date or time is not guaranteed. To schedule your connection or disconnection, please contact the office at 306-729-4385 OR complete the Water Turn On/Off Request Form.

The connection/disconnection fees will be applied to your next utility notice.

The homeowner or a representative must be present during a water turn on. Pubic Works employees will not complete the turn on if there is no one present, and you will then be required to reschedule with the office.

Homeowners are not required to be present for a water turn off, however, it is strongly encouraged and recommended to ensure the water is off and nothing happens over the winter season.
