Coexisting with Wildlife: Coyote Awareness

The Village has received reports of coyotes. Encounters with wildlife - including coyotes - are a natural part of life in our area. Coyotes are highly adaptable and activity may increase in spring/early summer due to denning and pup season.

While we understand that sightings can be concerning, please note that the Village does not have authority or the resources to trap or remove wildlife. Wildlife primarily falls under provincial jurisdiction, specifically through the Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment. Our role is to help monitor sightings and share safety tips.

  Camper Season is Here!
Lets Keep it Compliant!

As the warmer weather rolls in, we know campers and trailers will be rolling in too! This educational reminder is to help everyone enjoy the season and stay within the rules.                                                                                                May 13, 2025

Plan Change - Street Sweeping Tuesday, May 13!

Looks like Mother Nature had other ideas for us today - thanks to the rain, we're pressing pause on hydrant flushing and getting back to the street sweeping instead.

Our sweeper is back in action after some maintenance, and the rain is actually perfect for helping us clean the roads more efficiently.

** New dates for hydrant flushing will be May 21 & 22 **

Thanks for rolling with the changes - we appreciate your patience as we keep our Village running smoothly!                                                                                                          May 13, 2025

              Dust Control is Coming!

We're taming the dust this Monday - unless Mother Nature has other plans!

To help us do it right, please keep your vehicles, trailers, and toys off the gravel roads.                                                                             May 9, 2025

🐝 Bylaw Buzz of the Month 🐝

Splash of Responsibility 🌊
Know the Standard Watering Restrictions!

While we’re all ready to enjoy the sunshine, it’s also the perfect time to talk about water conservation, and remind everyone about our Outdoor Water Usage Bylaw—a key rule to help us all manage our water usage from MAY to OCTOBER.

This Bylaw is in place to help us all use water wisely, especially during those hot, dry months when it’s needed the most. Most of us take the water we use every day for granted. We turn on the tap and as long as plenty of clean, clear water flows from the faucet, we do not give water much thought. Despite the little consideration we give it, water is probably our most precious resource.

Here’s why these restrictions are so important: .........Click HERE
